For the 93-480 program: reference packing is 960 cups per carton and 1,920 lids per carton. Confirm the order-specific cup, lid and carton specification in the quotation.

PET ice cup purchasing FAQ
Are these empty ice cups or cups supplied with ice?
We supply the empty packaging: PET cups and matching lids for customers who produce and pack edible ice. Ice production and filling take place at the customer's facility.
Will any 93 mm lid fit an X93 cup?
Nominal rim diameter alone does not confirm compatibility. The cup rim profile and lid locking structure also matter. Evaluate the selected X93 cup with its matched lid, including closure and opening checks after freezing.
Why should we trial samples if the cup diameter is unchanged?
Cups with the same rim diameter can differ in height, taper, base size and stacking profile. These differences can affect separation and handling on your equipment. Trial the actual cup and lid on your production line before placing a volume order.
How should we agree a cold-resistance test?
Record the cup and lid specification, ice fill weight, conditioning temperature and duration. For a drop test, also agree the drop height, orientation, landing surface, sample quantity and acceptance criteria. Review results for the selected finished pack; a temperature figure alone does not define the test.
Can we order cups with our own branding?
Yes, custom cup printing is available. Send the model and artwork together so print placement can be checked on the correct cup shape. Confirm colour references and inspect printed samples for text and code readability before approval.
What are the minimum order quantity and lead time?
Request a quotation for your chosen model, unprinted or printed finish, quantity and lid requirements. Ask us to confirm the minimum order, sample arrangements and production schedule in writing. Include your destination and required arrival date so production timing and transport can be considered separately.
How are the 93-480 cups and lids packed?
The reference packing is 960 cups per carton and 1,920 lids per carton. For equal cup and lid quantities, two cartons of cups match one carton of lids. Confirm the packing for your specific order; other cup models may use different carton quantities.
