QUALITY
Check the pack.
Under real conditions.
Finished-pack performance depends on the material, cup structure, closure and the conditions in which it is used.

Define the test before comparing results.
For a meaningful assessment, agree on the sample model, fill weight, freezing temperature, conditioning time and acceptance criteria.
- Low-temperature evaluation
- −35°C is the development target presented for the PET ice-cup program. Confirm the test record and acceptance criteria for the chosen specification.
- Filled drop evaluation
- For a 2 m drop evaluation, document the filled weight, drop surface, orientation, number of samples and failure criteria.
- Cup and lid compatibility
- Assess fit, retention, opening and handling on the actual cup-and-lid combination.
From material to shipment.
- Material and sheet appearance
- Sheet thickness and forming consistency
- Cup rim, body and base inspection
- Cup and lid compatibility
- Paper cup side seam and bottom seal
- Frozen application and packing checks
